Wally’s Pub

144 Ashworth Ave.
Hampton Beach
Open Monday - Sunday
11 a.m. to 1 a.m.
926-6954

  1. Daytime pubcrawls rock and Wally’s is open at 11 a.m. daily.

  2. Wally’s has the cheapest cigarettes on the beach, but you have to be a customer to purchase them. I don’t smoke, but I thought you should know that.

  3. Co-owner Larry DeFranco is like a big teddy bear, and does not own a motorcycle — yet.

  4. Wally’s staff members are uninhibited, at least the nice woman who modeled the Wally’s thong over her jeans.

  5. Your lobster dinner will only cost $2 at Wally’s, if you manage to catch it with the giant claw from its tank.

  6. You should eat more than a McDonald’s Happy Meal before doing a Grape Bomb at Wally’s (Three Olives grape vodka with Red Bull).

  7. Eddie Money has visited Wally’s in the past, and since he’s coming back to the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom on Aug. 11, maybe he’ll visit again.

  8. The women’s rooms are really clean.

  9. Wally’s has a great dance floor, and it loves the band The Bars (http://thebarsband0.tripod.com/).

  10. Wally’s is named after the Hanna-Barbera cartoon character “Wally Gator,” — not just an old biker.

  11. Spotlight Web reviewer John Shore should check out Wally’s Web site, www.wallyspubnh.com, to see what he thinks. It’s got videos, and looks pretty good.

  12. I probably shouldn’t ride my Vespa to Wally’s, but I could.
